Sumatera Timber Indo Industry (STI) was established in the second millennium by three veterans in the timber industry. Combining the breadth of their knowledge and network, our founders capitalized on the growing demand in the European Market for high quality specialty doors during the early 2000s.

Using locally sourced Indonesian hardwood species such as Merbau (Latin: Intsia or commonlyknown as Malaccan Teak) and Red Meranti (Latin: Shorea or commonly known as Meranti), our doors were manufactured to KOMO quality mark (highest quality standard mark for European building industry).

2000: The Seed of an Idea, Carpe Diem!

Sumatera Timberindo Industry (STI) was established in the second millennium by three veterans in the timber industry. Combining the breadth of their knowledge and network, our founders capitalized on the growing demand in the European Market for high quality specialty doors during the early 2000s.

2010: Wiradoor from Indonesia, for Indonesia

STI also caters to the domestic market since 2010 through our brand, Wiradoor, supplying to hundreds of private residences, hotels & resorts, schools, hospitals, and apartments across the nation.

2019 and Beyond: The Better Door™ Guarantee and Sustainability in Our Core

A decade on, through constant innovation and investments in technology as well as our human capital, STI has grown to be one of the leading premium wooden door manufacturers in Indonesia, specializing in Internal Doors, External Doors, French Doors, Bi-Fold Doors, Fire Doors, Glazed Doors, and other Door Accessories (Finishing, Door Frames, Architraves, Transoms).
